Books and some products are sold through Google Play, Amazon Kindle, Kobo or Notion Marketplace: the terms of sale, delivery, right of withdrawal and refunds are then those of the platform used. Files sold on Payhip or Etsy are sold by 2J LAMBRE under our Terms of Sale. On Payhip, payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal, and Payhip calculates, collects and remits the VAT due on sales of digital files to buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Digital files sold directly by 2J LAMBRE are covered by our Terms of Sale. Stripe acts only as payment service provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. 2jagency.com never stores any banking or card details.
