These are promo videos for our own puzzle books, not client videos. Your videos will feature your own work.

How delivery works

1. You pay securely via Stripe. You get a Stripe receipt by email straight away.
2. Within 24 hours we email you asking for 15 to 30 photos or clips of your work, through a shared link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar), plus your trade and 2 or 3 things you want to highlight.
3. We edit your videos. A person on our team reviews every video before it is sent.
4. Delivery within 5 business days of receiving your files: vertical 9:16 MP4 files, sent as a download link.
5. One round of revisions is included: tell us what to change and we fix it.

We never ask for access to your social media accounts and we never post on your behalf. You publish the videos yourself, when you want.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from me?

15 to 30 photos or short clips of your work (phone footage is fine), your trade, and 2 or 3 points you want to highlight.

Do you post on my accounts?

No. You receive files ready for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels or TikTok and you post them yourself. We never ask for your passwords.

What if I don’t like a video?

One round of revisions is included: tell us what isn’t right and we fix it.

Do you come to film?

No. Everything is edited from what you send us, which is what keeps the price down.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, as long as editing hasn’t started. See our terms of sale (in French).
