Our Methodology
We maintain a short, public list of what we do — and do not do — when recommending partners. The goal is simple: no hidden bias, no fabricated claims, and a paper trail that a reader or regulator could audit.
Partner selection
- We accept CJ Affiliate partners where our publisher-advertiser relationship status is "joined" and the advertiser has an active promotional feed.
- We accept ClickBank products only when the hoplink under our affiliate nickname returns a valid vendor redirect (not an error page).
- We do not accept paid placement. Commission size does not influence position in any list or hub on this site.
Content policy
- We do not fabricate ratings, testimonials, or "X days of testing" claims.
- When we cite a rating number (e.g. Trustpilot), we identify the source so readers can verify it.
- Reviews are published under the editorial byline Chris Bennett, Senior Editor, which is the editorial pen name used by the 2J Agency team. See About.
- Marketing claims on partner sales pages are described and referenced, not repeated as fact when the underlying evidence is weak.
Tracking and compliance
- Every affiliate link carries a tracking parameter that identifies this site as the referrer. The link resolves to the vendor's public sales page.
- Every page that contains a commission-earning link carries a visible affiliate disclosure, in compliance with FTC 16 CFR Part 255.
- We run an automated link health check weekly; broken or drift-tracking links are removed.
What we do not do
- We do not write fake personal testimonials in the first person ("I tried this for 30 days and ...").
- We do not cherry-pick positive reviews while omitting negative ones.
- We do not invent authors with fabricated biographies to imply credentials we do not have.
- We do not scrape or republish entire articles from other sites without attribution.
Feedback and corrections
If you find a factual error, a broken link, or a claim you believe is not sourced, tell us: [email protected] or send a message. We correct in-place and add a timestamped changelog entry for significant updates.
